Dr. West was truly an angel. This is so so so sad to watch. Very moving. She was such a positive, articulate, and inspirational person and I've learned so much from her encouraging words. I have finacial aid and when you apply for finacial aid you can qualify for different types that fall under the finacial aid category and there is one or two that you have to pay back but the othere ones you do not have to pay back... i have the ones you do not have to pay back ...
