I like other commentators watched this broadcast over and over again when the Beeb put it out on it's digital channels. Absolutely overwhelming in every aspect! I'd never heard of them but, at 60 I've heard an awful lot and it's desperately difficult to impress me! All round, Elbow are the best I've seen. i have more i can add about A/C systems. sometimes instead of the receiver dryer bottle, youll have an accumulator, which looks similar but is normally bigger in diameter and on the low pressure side of the system instead of the high pressure side. this is found on most 80s and up GM and ford and some chrysler vehicles. and ive found some VWs, audis and volvos from the 90s that also had these. much cheaper system than one with a receiver dryer.

i've been riding a bike a tad too small for me which has been causing major knee pain. Especially when i walk up the stairs. I tried rolling out the side of my leg and could barely handle the pain! hopefully my knee will get better so i can go to the gym and do lunges again :(

I play soccer. For a while I hadn't and then one day i decided to start again. I did stretch and warm up (well guess wasn't enough), I run at the gym atleast like 3 - 4 days a week. I usually start slow and gradually run really fast like at the speed of 8 or 8.5. Then I realized pain after that soccer game when I was running really fast. Even when i climb the stairs my knee makes a clicking sound. I dont have any pain when i am not doing any activities do you think this should work for me?

@IGINJandCK9 You need a few thing, Heat-gun, phillips screwdriver, torxt t10, thermal compound, isopropyl alcohol (tim cleaner) and I think thats it. You might aswell buy a complete kit from ebay which includes everything, that's what I did! Search for seller JSUVSPS3 and that's the kit I got, worked first time and I got it delivered next day for six quid I think! The guide in the kit uses the same method with pictures and writing if you can't hear him in the vid.

Position the fan so that it SUCKS the hot air out n away from the unit. This greatly helps in assistin the internal fan with heat removal. DO NOT BLOW COLD AIR INTO THE UNIT! (Front or side). This does not cool the console down n only circulates the heat around the inside n may even cause the internal fan 2 function incorrectly

Do not rub the metal cleaner in a clock wise or anti clock wise motion as this may scratch the Disc even more. Apply up and down the disc, thats from the center out to the edge.
